Welcome back!

Pregnancy Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga, Mums and Tots Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Workshops are taking place in-person again from Rajar Building in Mobberley and Bodywise Natural Health Studio in Manchester Northern Quarter. Check the timetable for venues and schedule. You need to book your class in advance, you can no longer turn up and pay at the venue. I offer pre-recorded classes so you can choose to attend in person, or enjoy a practice from home.

Self Isolating
The most common symptoms of Coronavirus are a continuous cough, a loss of sense of smell or taste and/or a high temperature. Government guidance is that if you have even one of these symptoms of Coronavirus, however mild you should stay at home and get a test. If your test comes back positive, someone from the NHS Track and Trace team will get in touch with you. Please do not come to class if you have any Coronavirus symptoms.
More details on

Cleaning and Ventilation
All venues have carried out a deep clean before re-opening to students and we have all increased our cleaning regime. Bodywise Natural Health, Rajar Building have dedicated cleaners and teachers including myself, who disinfect touchable surfaces before and after each class. At Rajar and Bodywise, we have a dedicated day to use the premises. No other classes are taking place alongside us. Time between my classes has been increased to minimum 45 minutes to allow for extra sanitising procedures.
We will be opening the windows before and after each class. All regularly touched surfaces will be cleaned before each class, including: the floor, the door handles, the toilet, sinks and the shelving unit, hooks or areas where shoes / coats and bags are stored. At Rajar, you will place a blanket or sheet beneath your mat on top of the carpet. You will take this home for sanitising
Each venue has hand sanitiser stations in hallway, changing area, toilets and studio too.

Physical Distancing
The classes are following Government guidelines for physical distancing. We are only accepting 5 students at Rajar, 6 students at Bodywise to attend in-person per class. We have pre-marked places for you to place your mat in the class space. There are pre-marked lines for you to lay down your mat at Rajar and pre-marked 2m x 2m boxes at Bodywise. We kindly ask that you remain 2 meters apart from your fellow students and teacher whilst at Rajar, Bodywise.
Bodywise has a one way access system to the studio on 2nd floor through the main staircase and one way access down using the fire exit staircase. The lift is in use for one person at a time with regular checks, wiping and cleaning.

QR Code at Bodywise
Bodywise now have an NHS Test and Trace QR code up in the corridor outside their studio. It is optional for you to use this as I have all booked students’ details saved carefully for each date. You need to download the NHS Test and Trace App if you do wish to check in in this way.

Thanks for Your Support and Understanding
Myself and the venue teams are doing our very best to make you feel as safe and comfortable as you can whilst you come (back) to practice in person.
I look forward to welcoming you and I hope that the classes will be an oasis of calm and fun in the midst of the current restrictions in place.
