I grew up in a small village of the French Jura Mountains. My childhood was very sports-orientated and included lots of mountain biking, cross-country skiing, running, triathlons and even some paragliding!

I started practicing yoga in 2001, after I moved to London and took on a stressful City job. I soon discovered the benefits of mindful breathing, this was an instant revelation. I also loved the physical challenge of yoga balanced with the journey towards inner peace. I spent time in India and studied at the Sivananda centre in Geneva before qualifying in Hatha Yoga with Yogacampus in London in 2007. I carried on expanding my skills by learning to teach Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. Since 2007, I have been passionate about sharing yoga techniques for childbirth by giving group classes, one-to-ones and workshops for mums-to-be and couples. Read more…

Here and Now

I settled to live in East Cheshire around 9 years ago where I offer weekly Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and Restorative yoga. I also offer private Hatha Yoga classes for individuals and couples of the Knutsford area.

I teach students at various stages of their life: pregnancy, settling into motherhood, juggling busy jobs and home life, recovering from illness and suffering with anxiety. I have experience teaching professional athletes & their families, couples, and people in need of a challenging yoga practice. Read more…
