Background…

I grew up in a small village of the French Jura Mountains. My childhood was sports-orientated and included lots of mountain biking, cross-country skiing, running, triathlons and even some paragliding!

I started practicing yoga in 2001, after I moved to London and took on a stressful City job. I spent time in India and studied at the Sivananda centre in Geneva before qualifying in Hatha Yoga with Yogacampus in London in 2007. I expanded my skills by learning to teach Pregnancy Yoga and Post Natal recovery Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in 2008 and 2009. Here and Now

I’ve settled in Cheshire where I offer weekly Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and Restorative yoga. I also offer one-to-one classes in the Knutsford and Hale areas and classes in Manchester city centre.

I have experience teaching professional athletes & their families, people in need of a challenging yoga practice, or those juggling a busy home and work life in need of a good stretch and chill-out. I also love to help beginners discover the awesome benefits of Yoga. Read more…
